The installation of different cameras and protective covers, the weight of the PTZ camera should be different, but the high-speed spherical PTZ camera has limited internal space.In order to realize the demand of small volume and large torque transmission of PTZ camera, we use the gearbox design platform to distribute the gear structure of the PTZ camera gearbox reasonably, calculate the meshing angle optimally,and check the slip ratio and coincidence,which can effectively improve the efficiency, life and accuracy of the gearbox.
In order to realize the fast positioning of the front camera and the tracking of the fast moving target, there is no blind angle in the monitoring, and the tracking is quickly. Through a built-in high subdivided a stepper motor and a PTZ camera gearbox,the gearbox solution for PTZ cameras can change the reduction ratio and adjust the input speed and torque of the gearbox by means of the multi-layer convertible transmission ratio mechanism,which intelligently adjusts the running angle and the speed of horizontal and vertical,realizing continuous tracking and monitoring of the camera and adjusting the rotation angle sensitivity and speed according to the target changes.
PTZ cameras with a gearbox will be more stable
It is not easy to manufacture a PTZ camera gearbox whose features are stability and long service life. In fact, it is not all the tests of R & D strength, but also the precision of micro gearbox manufacture and the finished product rate of motor combination.In recent years, most of the high-speed spherical cameras use DC motor, which is less noise and more balanced, but the product cost is high, the control system is complex, and the service life is short.therefore, we use "the three-stage of planetary gear transmission structure", combined with stepper motor to drive, stepper motor has the characteristics of low manufacturing cost, accurate positioning control, long service life, etc., through the multi-stage planetary gearbox structure,the PTZ camera gearbox can reduce image jitter and capture the moving target by the variable-speed rotation.
