Sometimes the higher temperature of the external environment will also increase the temperature of the internal cavity of the reducer, then the temperature of the internal cavity of the reducer directly will limit the output torque and output speed.
How to reduce the pressure on the internal cavity of the planetary reducer?
1. Reduce the grease inside the internal cavity of the planetary reducer model, but this affects the long-term operation and life of the reducer. After the gear unit has been running for a period of time, the grease continuously moves to the surroundings, so that the grease on the sun gear and the planetary gear of the planetary reducer results in a decrease in the load capacity of the reducer during the speed operation, and the rated output torque decreases.
2. Send the internal pressure gas inside the reducer to the outside of the reducer. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the safety of the reducer, and it must meet the protection requirements of IP65 for waterproof, dustproof and moisture proof.
