1. Improving gear machining accuracy of gear reducer
The shaft tooth accuracy of the gear reducer is mainly related to the motion accuracy, the stationarity accuracy, and the contact accuracy. In the hobbing processing of the gear reducer, the length of the common normal line and the ring diameter jump are used to ensure the motion accuracy,the tooth profile error and the base curve deviation are used to ensure the smoothness of the work,and the tooth pitch error is controlled to ensure the contact accuracy.
At present, the gear processing method of the gear reducer is the hobbing and shaving method, and the requirements are strict. 2. Reducing the ring runout error of the gear reducer
The ring gear radial runout of the gear reducer means that the probe is in the tooth groove or on the gear teeth in the range of one revolution of the gear, and is in contact with the middle of the tooth height, that is, the gear ring of the gear reducer is opposite to the shaft. The eccentricity of the center line is caused by the fact that when the parts of the gear reducer are mounted, the two center holes of the parts do not coincide or the deviation of the center of rotation of the table is too large. Or because the top and top holes of the gear reducer are not well manufactured, and the eccentricity caused by the contact surface is not good, the gear runout error of the gear reducer can be reduced to effectively improve the quality and accuracy of the gear.
