The geared motor
is a speed reduction connection equipment. According to the type of reducer, it can be divided into gear reducer, DC reducer, planetary reducer, worm gear reducer, etc. The main structure of the geared motor is the gear box and the drive motor. According to the power,it can be divided into small power reducer and high power reducer, which can be applied in different areas.
The reducer adopts the motor as the driving source, and different drive motors are used in different fields. The commonly used transmission motors are DC motors, stepping motors, coreless motors, etc., which are introduced below.
A direct current machine is a rotating electrical machine that converts DC electrical energy into mechanical energy (DC motor) or converts mechanical energy into DC electrical energy (DC generator). Stepper motor is an open-loop control motor that converts electrical pulse signals into angular displacement or line displacement. It is the main actuator in modern digital program control systems. The stepping motor is an induction motor.
3. Coreless motor
The coreless motor is structurally constructed using a coreless rotor. This novel rotor structure eliminates power loss due to eddy currents in the core. The coreless motor overcomes the technical obstacles of the iron core motor, and its outstanding features focus on the performance of the motor, making it a broad application field. Especially with the rapid development of industrial technology, the servo characteristics of the motor are constantly put forward higher expectations and requirements, so that the coreless motor has an irreplaceable position in many applications.
