Project name: Gear Motor Solution for Logistics Camera
Project background: With the rapid development of e-commerce, logistics distribution has always been the bottleneck of the development of e-commerce. In particular, the incomplete logistics distribution system, high cost, low service quality & efficiency and relatively narrow scope of distribution jointly result in a big obstacle to the development of e-commerce.
Technical scheme: ZHAOWEI camera gearbox solution adopts an 8 mm planetary gear motor to meet the requirements of small volume and high torque. In order to realize the differentiation of transmission torque in different angles and positions for the camera, ZHAOWEI designs a transmission ratio structure that is multi-layer and transformable. With transmission changes of stage-2, stage-3 and stage-4, the products can transform the reduction ratio and adjust the input speed and torque of gearbox according to the design requirements of the camera motor. In other words, it is realizable to meet the needs of flipping camera in all vision systems, flipping side camera, screwing out the camera at the top of the machine and stretching out & drawing back the camera.
Solution: In addition to meeting the needs of intelligent camera rotation from multiple angles, at the early stage of the R&D and design, ZHAOWEI camera gearbox will take advantage of the integrated gear motor design platform to achieve the automatic parameter design of involute planetary gear system, bevel gear, face gear, etc. By optimizing the gear parameters such as modification coefficient, tooth factor, pressure angle and center distance, etc., the impact meshing rate will be diminished, the ratio of recess shock rate to impact meshing rate will be in a certain range and the gear design that helps to reduce or avoid the pitch circle impact will be available. This gear motor solution can lower the noise arisen from the working product, meeting the requirements of quiet (weak noise) when the product is operating.
