The noise of low-noise DC gear motor during transmission can be less than 45dB. The DC gear motor is made up of drive motor (DC motor), reduction gears (gearbox). Low-noise DC motor has the characteristic of low noise, which improves the situation where the existing DC motors has big noise during operating.
In order to achieve the goal of reducing the DC motor noise, the following technical solution is adopted: The brushed DC gear motor consists of the DC motor body with a back cover, a first oil bearing, brushes, a rotor, a stator, a second oil bearing and a reduction gearbox. The left side of the oil bearing is sleeved with the inner side of the back cover. The left side of the brush penetrates to the inner side of the back cover, and the two ends of the left side of the brush are respectively sleeved with the top and bottom of the right side of the back cover. The noise generated by the DC motor is reduced, and the situation of excessive friction noise of ordinary bearings is avoided. The brush setting reduces the friction between the brush and the commutator, thereby reducing the noise of the DC motor during use.
Here are some actual cases about how to reduce electric motor noise:
- Abrasion between the carbon brushes of the DC motor and the commutator: Pay attention to the lathe machining of the DC motor. The ideal way is to do an experiment to explore the detailed technical parameters.
- Generally, the noise occurs because the main body of the carbon brush is not smooth enough, and the running-in treatment is not good. In addition, the commutator piece is greatly worn due to the long time operation. After running for a long time, there will be problems such as overheating and loud noise. Solution: grind the main body to make it lubricated enough, replace the commutator, and apply lubricating oil regularly to slow down wear.
- Bearing sound of DC motor. This kind of noise can be suppressed by replacing the DC motor bearing. Many factors can damage the bearing, such as the bearing is pressed, the force point is incorrect, the shaft and the bearing cooperate too tightly or unbalance radial force is applied to the bearing.
