When the stepper driver receives a pulse signal, it drives the stepper motor to rotate at a fixed angle, which is called “step angle”. Its rotation runs step by step at a fixed angle. The angular displacement can be controlled by controlling the number of pulses, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate positioning. At the same time, the speed and acceleration of the motor rotation can be controlled by controlling the pulse frequency, so as to achieve the purpose of speed adjustment.
3. The principle of the planetary gearbox is a power transmission mechanism that uses a gear speed converter to reduce the number of revolutions of the motor to the required number of revolutions and obtain a larger torque. The gear with fewer teeth on the drive shaft of the planetary gearheads meshes with the large gear on the output shaft to achieve the purpose of speed reduction. Ordinary reducers will also have several pairs of gears meshing with the same principle to achieve the ideal reduction effect. The ratio of the number of teeth of the large and small gears is the transmission ratio.
