Generally, the grinder of coffee machine is driven by a coffee machine motor to rotate at a high speed to grind coffee beans. However, since the motor shaft and the bean grinder assembly are not integrally formed, clutch connection is usually used. If the sealing between the transmission structure of the coffee grinder and the cavity containing the liquid is not good, the coffee powder will enter the transmission structure, such as the knife shaft assembly, during the operation of the coffee grinder. Moreover, if the sealing of each component in the transmission structure goes abnormal, the liquid in cavity of coffee machine may leak out after flowing into the knife shaft assembly. After 24V DC power is supplied to the motor, the motor rotates helically. The stepper motor combined with the 16mm planetary gearhead performs a first-stage deceleration. A nut is fixed on the inner tube. The rotation of push rod is like turning a screw. The inner pan will rise after the nut is screwed. By switching the positive and negative poles of 24V DC power supply, the motor will reverse. It will allow the module to descend, thus achieving the intelligent descending of the inner pan.
