Part3: How Does the Micro Linear Actuator Motor Work? (Lifting System)
The micro linear actuator motor with lifting system of ZHAOWEI includes holder, drive assembly, transmission assembly, lead screw, guide rod and protection assembly. Lead screw and guide rod are mounted on the holder and their axes are parallel. The drive assembly is connected with the transmission assembly while the lead screw rotates through the transmission assembly. The protection assembly includes engaging part and elastic part, and the former consists of the engaging portions and fixed portions which are connected to each other. The fixed portion is sleeved on the guide rod to force the engaging portion to move along the guide rod. There is an opening on one side of the engaging part while the lead screw is set in the opening whose inner wall has a screw thread in coordination with the lead screw. The engaging part is driven by the screw thread and lead screw. One end of the elastic part is fixed to the engaging piece and the other end is against the lead screw.
