The structure of 3-stage micro planetary gear motor
The transmission structure of the planetary gear motor mainly consists of planetary is planet gear, sun wheel, and ring gear. The characteristics of planetary gear transmission are small size, great loading capacity, and smooth running, while transmission structure of planetary gear with high power and high speed is relatively complicated, which requires high precision.
The 3-stage planetary gear motor includes a shell (NO.4 in pic.), output device (NO.1) and input device (NO.15) that coaxially and rotationally assembled at that front and rear positions of the shell and transmission structure of 3-stage planetary gear set between input and output devices inside the shell(NO.4). output device (NO.1) is an output shaft, and the output device (NO.15) is an internal spline sleeve. The transmission structure of planetary gear in all stages includes ring gear fixed with shell (NO.4), three planet gears assembled between sun wheel and ring gear, and planetary carrier. Sun wheel in stage-1 integrally arranged with an output device (NO.1). Besides planetary carrier in 3-stage (NO.17) integrally arranged with an output device (NO.15), planetary carriers in other transmission structure of 1-stage,2-stage planet gear are in coaxial transmission cooperation with lower-level sun gear through splines.
