1. The brushless motor can be applied to the angle sensor and gear transmission device for the robot. The brushless motor together with the planetary gearbox is adopted to control the speed and position very accurately and convert the voltage signal into torque and speed to drive the control object. It improves the control of robot joints, making the rotation of robot joint and positions of other movable parts more flexible.
2. It has the characteristics of low voltage, low power, low speed, low noise, long life, miniature size, and high torque, which can better meet the transmission requirements of six-degree-of-freedom control for actions. The adjustable degree enabled by this DC brushless motor can be accurate to 0.17°and it enables various kinds of robot joints to move within the span of 360°.
3. Thebrushless motor for the robot joint has 2-stage, 3-stage, and 4-stage transmission changes. The reduction ratio, input speed and torque of the gearbox can be adjusted according to the design requirements of the robot motor.
