Design of Gear Mold:
With years of related experience, ZHAOWEI develops parametric calculation software of cavity for plastic gear mold and apply it to shape modification of gear, improving precision of tooth profile and precision machining of mold.
The gear meshing rate is mainly related to the gear rolling extrusion, while the transmission rate of the gear motor is related to the total loss of bearing, therefore the transmission rate of gear motor is supposed to be lower the meshing rate. ZHAOWEI imported OSAKA SEIMITSU CLP-35S gear testing center to test tooth profile, tooth direction error (adjacent, single or accumulative) and radial runout of spur gear, helical gear, worm and internal gear, and generate reports that accord with gear standards of various countries, including ISO, DIN and JIS.
The range of operating temperature is related to the material and lubricating oil. The operating temperature of standard lubricating oil for pure metal gear motor of ZHAOWEI is between -45℃ to +80℃，while the operating temperature of PK series products of plastic gear motor is between -15℃ and +65℃。
