Project Introduction: ZHAOWEI has developed a gearbox structure for the flipping function, based on the design of motorized gearboxes for the lifting function of paperless office systems. It adopts a 24V DC motor as its power supply, and a 24V permanent magnet DC motor as its drive power source.
Technical Scheme: The motorized lifting and flipping tablet gearbox, developed by ZHAOWEI, uses the customized mechanism of planetary gear motors, meshing lead screws, and nuts. The load is installed on the nut and completes the synchronous lifting along with the nut. The unidirectional damping device produces a damping force on the screw to offset the influence of gravity loaded on the screw. This helps to reduce the vibration and abnormal sound produced during the movement process of the lifting mechanism, avoids inertial impact, operates steadily and reliably, empowers slider stability, and brings high transmission accuracy, allowing a more stable and accurate lifting.
