The window lift gear motor, also known as the window regulator gear motor, is the driving motor used in car window regulators. The automatic door and window regulator is an actuator, which completes the lifting control of the windows according to the driver or occupant's instructions. It mainly composes of a micro gear motor and transmission device. The main transmission structure is a gearbox assembled by the integrated manufacturing of a drive motor and gearbox (reducer). The motor can use a brushed DC motor, BLDC motor, stepper motor, coreless motor, or servo motor as the drive source. The gearbox can use a planetary gearbox, worm gearbox, or cylindrical gear as the reducer. Different types of window regulators use different window regulator motors with different parameters, which are usually developed with customized technical parameters, including reduction ratio, torque, power, voltage, specification, material, type of gearbox, and motor.
ZHAOWEI Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd strives to research & develop, manufacture and customize car window lift motor gearbox. ZHAOWEI develops a wide selection of customized micro drive gear motor systems across a range of technical parameters:

Case of Customized Development Service:
Project Name: Automobile Power Door Window Gear Motor
Project Description: The automobile electric lift motor for windows generally means that its window glass can be automatically raised and lowered, and the window can be conveniently opened/closed even when driving, so the electric window is also called an automatic car window. Compared with the past, it is now more widely used in modern cars. The electric window system is composed of the car windows, window regulators and motor gearboxes, relays, switches, and ECUs to complete the lifting function. Each car window is controlled by a motor to raise or be lowered.
