The micro camera wiper gear motor is a type of low-power transmission gear motor, whose main transmission structure is a piece of decelerating transmission equipment, assembled by the integrated manufacturing of a drive motor and gearbox (reducer). Project Name: Gear Motor for Logistics Camera

Project Background: With the rapid development of e-commerce, logistics distribution has always been the bottleneck of its development. The combination of the incomplete logistics distribution system, high cost, low service quality & efficiency, and relatively narrow scope of distribution, pose challenging to the development of e-commerce.

Technical Scheme: The ZHAOWEI camera gearbox adopts an 8mm planetary gear motor to meet the requirements of small volume and high torque. In order to fulfill the differentiation of transmission torque in different camera angles and positions, ZHAOWEI has designed a transmission ratio structure that is multi-layered and transformable. With 2-stage, 3-stage, and 4-stage transmission changes, the reduction ratio, input speed and torque of the gearbox can be easily customized according to the design requirements of the camera motor. In other words, flipping a camera from multiple angles, flipping a camera side, unscrewing the top of a camera, extending and retracting, are all requirements that can be met.

Project Introduction: The ZHAOWEI camera gearbox takes advantage of the integrated gear motor design platform to achieve the automatic parameter design of involute planetary gear systems, bevel gears, face gears, etc. By optimizing the gear parameters, including quantity modification, tooth factor, pressure angle, and center distance, the impact meshing rate will decrease. The ratio of recess shock rate to impact meshing rate is within a certain range, which can provide a gear design that helps reduce or avoid the pitch circle impact. Noise generated from the gear motor is reduced when the product is in use, meeting the requirements of low operating noise.
