Manipulator PTZ Camera Gear Motor Parameters

A manipulator is an automatic mechanical device, widely used in robotics. It is most commonly used in industrial manufacturing, medical equipment, entertainment services, aerospace manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, and space exploration. The manipulator PTZ camera gear motor is a drive module used in the mechanical transmission equipment of the PTZ camera. Its main transmission structure is assembled by a drive motor (micro motor) and a planetary gearhead (reducer). This transmission gear motor module can be applied to the robotic arm and gripper – also known as “robotic gripper motor”. The drive motor can utilize the BLDC motor, brushed DC motor, stepper motor and coreless motor as its drive source, while the micro gearbox can utilize the planetary gearhead, cylindrical gearhead, and worm gearhead as its reducer. Project Background: The combination of the smart automatic PTZ platform and camera contributes to a larger monitoring range, and provides a greater value in use. It rotates horizontally and vertically, with the assistance of the voltage control (the output voltage of the PTZ platform controller). This enables the camera to focus and capture the desired object over a wide range. These micro gearboxes can be used on PTZ cameras for panoramic aerial photography, UAV aerial photography, landscape photography, 3D panorama photography, virtual roaming production, etc.  

Project Introduction: ZHAOWEI firmly focuses on the development of micro gearboxes. The permanent magnet DC motor is adopted as the transmission mode, and the worm gears and helical gears are used for the gearbox. This combination helps to effectively solve problems brought by the vibration and noise of the motorized PTZ camera.
