The DC gear motor of the robot joint has 2-stage, 3-stage, and 4-stage transmission changes. The reduction ratio, input speed and torque of the gearbox can be adjusted according to the design requirements of the robot motor. In addition, our robots’ gear motors have low voltage, low power, low speed, low-noise, long sevice life, are small, with high torque. This meets the transmission requirements of six-degree-of-freedom control for actions better. The transmission efficiency improves, and noise reduces.
When designing the robot joint gear mold, the gear displacement figures, and the planetary gear tooth interference check optimizes to improve joint motor efficiency. This also reduces the noise produced, so that the robot joint can move more flexibly.
