Lifting System for Wireless Earbuds Charging Case
The wireless Bluetooth earbuds market has driven the development of a variety of ancillary industries. As its small mobile power source, the development of the earbuds charging case is more visible among them. Thus, many power chip manufacturers begin to upgrade the charging cases based on the originally-designed packaging. The charging interface of the existing Bluetooth earbuds is plugged through the connector socket. While the plugged connector is prone to age and wear and the connector can be easily damaged if not properly controlled when plugged in. The Bluetooth earbuds charging case is small in size and contains a charging and discharging circuit, a protection circuit, and a battery. Therefore, a small planetary gearbox with high drive torque is required for a micro drive system to be installed in a small volume of space. In view of this, ZHAOWEI designs a drive solution that applies a 3.4mm planetary gearbox, screw pair, metal insert injection and end bearings, achieving automatic lifting of the connector socket inside the Bluetooth earbuds charging case and meeting the need for smooth lifting in the small space.
The lifting drive systems of the Bluetooth earbuds charging case provided in the solution often use 5V low-voltage DC as the power supply and 5V permanent magnet DC brushless motor as the driving power source. After supplying the motor with 5V DC, the motor spirals. And after using a 3.4mm planetary gearbox combined with the motor worm and turbine of the stepper motor for one stage reduction, the push rods turn to lift up the charging case. And finally, by switching the plus and minus of the 5V DC, the motor reverses and makes the module go down, thus achieving the smart lifting of the TV's built-in camera. Besides, this lifting drive structure of gearboxes which is in line with the requirements of low noise, stability, and smooth operation is more stable and can generate a less mechanical loss.
